Bayern Munich demolish Real Madrid 9-1 in the UCL Semi-Final

A dominant Bayern Munich put on a show in front of their home fans, thrashing Real Madrid 9-1 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final clash.

The German champions raced into a commanding 7-0 lead by half-time, with Robert Lewandowski scoring twice and Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, and Thomas Müller all getting on the scoresheet.

Real Madrid pulled one back through Karim Benzema in the second half, but Bayern restored their seven-goal advantage through Jamal Musiala late on.

Bayern Munich will now take a huge lead into the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu next week. Real Madrid will need to produce a remarkable comeback to have any chance of reaching the final.
